Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please take time to read the cancellation and refund policy governing the reservations made at Sea Breeze Villas. By confirming your reservation, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, this cancellation and refund policy.

Reservation:  The villas are booked through advance booking via telephone or online booking only.

A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation.

Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations.

All rates are subject to luxury + service tax on villa tariff.

Occupancy: Normal occupancy is two people per bedroom of the villa. Any additional persons are extra chargeable subject to a maximum of 4 extra persons per villa.

Payment :
To confirm your reservations, a deposit equal to 100% of the cost of entire stay is required for confirming reservation. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, paypal transfer or online account transfer to our bank account.

Additional Check In Notes :
Early check-in (7 am – 2 pm) or late check-out (12 noon – 8 pm) requires advance notice and may be granted subject to availability on payment of an extra charge of INR 5000/- .
Extra adult charges will be levied for exceeding standard group sizes.
Children above 7 yrs of age will be charged as adults and extra adult rates will apply.
Total group sizes including all children must not exceed specified maximum occupancy for the villas.
A refundable damage deposit is payable at the time of booking and refunded minus any claims within 15 days after departure.

Cancellation Conditions : The booking deposit is non-refundable for bookings in peak holiday season between Dec 23 – Jan 10.

If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days from your booking then you are responsible to pay 50% of the original full booking amount.

If the booking is cancelled or cut short before arrival within 30 days of your booking then you are responsible to pay all charges equal to the original full booking amount.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction the full cost of the booking is charged.

Check In : Normal check in time is 2 pm – 7 pm.
Check-out : Normal check out time is 7 am – 12 Noon.
Early check-in and check-out is possible on availability only available by prior arrangement only. Each is subject to an additional fee.

Children and Infants: Child (< 7 years) can stay free of charge with parents using existing beds. No free extra bed is provided for a child in normal cases. Non-arrival to the Hotel (No Show) : If you fail to arrive at the villa on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation. If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the villa, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the villa for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued. Shortened Stay (Early check-out) : Shortened stay is subject to whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period. Payment Security : Whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the latest security technology. Payment refunds : There will be no refunds issued for any perceived deficiency in service or accomodation after a guest has availed of the stay at the villa.
